Currently, we are not able to take payments through the client portal. However, payments can be made through Venmo (Jessica-Robichaud-1), Paypal or via cash/check in our drop box by the garage or by mail to The Capable Canine, 863 Alfred Rd. Arundel, ME 04046. If you are paying via cash/check be sure to include your name, contact info, dog’s name class name and start date. *We cannot accept payment on the first day of class. All payments must be received prior to attending class.
Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
Classes will occasionally be postponed due to holidays, illness or weather. If you are unable attend due to a postponement we will do our best to find another class for you to attend. If you wish to drop out of class we will refund you the full amount, if you inform us two weeks prior to the start of class. If you wish to drop out of class and you inform us one week prior to the start of class, we will refund your 50%. There are no refunds if you drop out of class with less than one weeks notice or after class has started.
Rocket Recall $90
Price includes 3 classes.

You must have taken at least a beginner class to join this class.
Recall (having your dog come back to you) can be a complicated behavior but VERY essential as it could save your dog’s life. If you are struggling with your dog’s recall or perhaps you just want to fine-tune it, this class will be great for you. Using a variety of distractions, sets ups and games this game will be not only fun but extremely important.

Field Trip Class (Out and About) $95
Price includes 3 classes.
Length: 3 weeks Location: Arundel, ME
Pre-req: Basic obedience, non-reactive.
A fun, 3-week class, for you and your dog to bond, gain confidence and learn new ways to stay mentally and physically active. In this class you’ll learn proper techniques to teach your dog how to be a polite furry friend in and around the public. We’ll be visiting a variety of locations with many different distractions to help your dog practice how to act in those settings.

Sniff Around $95
Price includes 3 classes.
Length: 3 weeks Location: Arundel, ME
Pre-req: a minimum of a puppy class, beginner class, semi private or adequate private lessons.
Smell Training – This class will include tons of sniffing fun and enrichment for your dog. We will challenge the dogs with new things to engage their sniffer! This is a great class for dogs at any age and is a wonderful activity for senior dogs. We will also include a bit of obstacle work such as the peanut, the cloud, platforms, ladders, jumps, etc. Any dog that has done a minimum of a puppy class, beginner class, semi private or adequate private lessons may participate. Nosework, Obstacle, Tricks and Games Fun Class $95
Price includes 3 classes.

Looking for something fun to do with your dog this summer? This 3 week Nosework for Fun and Obstacle class is an excellent way to stimulate your dog! This class will include tons of sniffing fun and plenty of time for obstacles such as the peanut, the cloud, platforms, ladders, jumps, etc. If you want to learn more about the obstacles we will be using check out Blue 9’s website https://www.blue-9.com. Any dog that has done a minimum of a puppy class, beginner class, semi private or adequate private lessons may participate. If you are not sure your dog is eligible, please contact us.
